Twitter API

Today I have been playing with the Twitter API. If you see all the images in the block on the right, that is all my Twitter friends feed live via the API. If you can't see the images in the block on the right, it means either Twitter is down or I have made to many request this hour.

I started with a script written by Steve Nurse on his blog (sirius-cybernetics-corporation.co.uk. Then modified it to make it show friends instead of followers, and also so the avatars linked through to the user's Twitter page.

It's great fun playing with the Twitter API (when Twitter is working) and I hope to make this into a Drupal Module this weekend.

If you want my modified code I have attached it as a txt, but you can't download it because there is a crappy server setting that is stopping you, when I work out which setting it is you will be able to download it.
