With the release of GTA IV today I managed to pick up a copy at 8am in Asda. So the wait goes on until I can get home to play.

This new version brings online multiplay which is a must have these days with many users online playing internationally or just with someone from school or work.

There is very little I can say about it until I have played, but at the moment the reviews are good, so i'm excited!

Today I discovered Zattoo, it is a great application which allows you to watch LIVE TV online. They have all the major channels, all the BBC ones are there, plus ITV, Channel 4 and Five. All the videos encoded using H.264 technology is streamed direct over your internet connection as near to live as possible, it was only a couple of seconds out from Sky.

 I have just finished reading The Sunday Times rich list and it has made me sick. All the people with all their money, and me with very little.

There are many people who have got their fortunes through divorce and inheritance which is wrong for a start. What have they done to deserve that apart from be in the right place (or family) at the right time.

As part of a project in work I have been looking into the manipulation of PDFs using PHP. I am looking to create a system within drupal to allow multiple PDFs to be merged into one whilst adding custom titles, section headings and contents pages.

SetaSign offer many many solutions to manipulate and merge PDFs using PHP. I hope I can work these into a Drupal module so a user can select the Nodes the PDFs are attached to, input the data they want to appear on their title pages and output a PDF book.

Reports out today that Steve Jobs has been meeting with the top dogs from Itay's telecoms companies to get the iPhone to Italy.

Italy works mainly on pre-paid mobile phones therefore the iPhone will be sold unlocked at a higher price than the rest of Europe. It also seems they will be the first to get the 3G iPhone within a matter of weeks.

Last week I made the big step and went from a reseller account to a Media Temple (gs). I have been having great fun trying to transfer everything over and Millwood Online is the first site to go live. So if you notice any problems please let me know.

The (gs) from Media Temple was launched a couple of years ago and hosts many site across many servers enabling web site to expand and contract as the traffic changes. I have seen visitors double on here when a post gets a lot of Diggs, and this has caused a slow down, I hope this new server will help.

It has already been well reported across the internet but if you haven't heard the iPhone is now £100 cheaper in the UK.

Today O2 reduced the iPhone to £169 until 1st June 2008. I wonder why june? is it because this is when Walt Mossberg's 60 days are up? it is because Apple's WWDC starts on 9th June? is it because the iPhone 2.0 software is out in June? Well no one really knows.

 I started posting on Pownce.com at the start of April via Ping.fm since then I have had 7 people wanting to be my friend. So that's on average one every two days! At first this seems like a good thing, it is nice that all these people want to be my friend.

I have always fancied a nice shiny new Mercedes and now I work a few buildings away from the local dealership it is hard to resist, the biggest thing holding be back from getting a nice C-Class sport is the price of nearly £30,000. Well, I have just found out (a little slow I know) Mercedes are updating the C-Class Sport Coupe and calling it the CLC-Class. It will have the front half of the new redesigned C-Class Sport and the back half will be a 3-Door Coupe hatchback with a nice break light which spans the whole width of the tailgate. The best thing is, it will cost little over £20,000. I have seen some reports saying it is coming May and some saying June 2008. So I will have to see if I can find that money and see if I can cope with a 3-door car.

There are many bug fixes and security updates. I will have to get this done ASAP.
